I’m wanting to buy a golf club set. I see clubs at the range I can use for free and one brand I remember is callaway. Is that a good brand? They have mostly worn golf clubs. I have played golf already and taken one semester class. I just don’t think golf ranges would risk giving out good value clubs for people to borrow since people can easily steal them.

Does becoming a licensed real estate agent/broker before buying your home save you money?

I am planning to buy a home around 0K in New York City. I’m wondering if I will save any money by becoming a licensed real estate agent/broker (I realize I have to take the test and pass) and then purchasing the home for myself. I would think that by doing this, I would save the broker commission that I would otherwise be paying another real estate agent/broker. Is this a valid assumption? Let’s say there’s a family, and there’s three different prescriptions for different medications within the family. Let’s say the Dad is paying for health insurance.
