How long would it take to travel from a marina in Albany, NY down the Hudson river to NYC in a regular boat?

Just out of curiosity, to see if I would be able to do it with my family one day (or few days? I honestly have no idea how long it would take).

We would be able to stop for gas, yes, there are little stations along the way. We’d probably be traveling at varying speeds, and would be able to stop if need be for one reason or another. Thanks for answering
