   When will you be coming? I honestly don’t know of any boat slips that aren’t "owned" by someone. If you scout out where you would like to go you can do some research and find out if there is a slip you can "borrow" for the day with the owners permission but if it’s in season there are hard to come by and most have an extensive waiting list.

   i live on cape cod-you will love it here.
   about the marinas…the are so many in every town. i would just research online if i were you. same with the scooter rentals, but mostly for that I would check out the towm of falmouth.
   As of the land attractions, there are just so many! the Cape Cod national seashore is a must, also maybe the cape cod canal bikepath , there are lots others but they are mostly beaches.
