What exactly does a real estate investor do?
I’ve always thought that a real estate investor just bought houses, fixed ‘em up, and sold them for more money or something of that sort. Am I completely off the mark?

What is the cheapest disc golf website out there?
Overall, disc golf is a cheap sport since most courses are free, but the actual discs are not so cheap! Usually -17 bucks at my local sports stores. Besides eBay, can anyone recommend the cheapest online store they know of? Thanks!

How can I start off in the Real Estate Development business?
I am 17 and still in high school. I’ve gained interest in real estate and know I want to own my own business. How can I start now as a junior in high school to work towards owning and operating a succesful real estate development business. I would like to be operating on a scale that Donal Trump does one day.

What health problems are needed in order to qualify for gastric bypass surgery?
What types of health problems are needed to qualify to have gastric bypass surgery? Do you only qualify if you have severe health problems caused by this or could you qualify if you have smaller health problems like knee arthritis & breathing problems? Most of my family is obese and have heart disease, sleep apnea. Would they take that into consideration? My sister had gastric bypass surgery with a starting weight at 208 and is down to 128. I don’t think she had any medical problems due to her obesity.

how long does it take to walk from marina to mission district?
I’m going to San Francisco next week. how long will it take to walk from marina district to the mission district? and will it be a lot of hill climbing? I plan to do this in one day: go from marina, to mission, to haight-ashbury, and golden gate park. is this a stretch?

What field of study lends itself best to golf research?
What field or fields would be best to study the science of golf? Mainly focusing either on the equipment or on the forces of the swing itself. I would assume aerospace engineering for the flight of a golf ball. Possibly mechanical engineering for clubs? Physics for the swing? Can someone give an explanation for what the best fields are and also WHY? Thanks.
