      Hi !!!
This is one of the recipes I am making for "Valentine’s Day"…

      Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake

      Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers
      1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
      1/2 cup sugar
3 8-ounce packages of cream cheese
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
      4 eggs
      1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips, melted and cooled

      Instructions:

In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and powdered sugar. Blend in melted margarine. Press into the bottom of a 9" springform pan.

In another bowl, combine the strawberries with 1/2 cup of granulated sugar; set aside.

For the filling: Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese with the condensed milk until combined. Add vanilla and eggs. Divide this mixture in half. Add the melted chocolate to one half of the mixture. Pour this (the chocolate batter) into the crust lined pan. Add the strawberry and sugar mixture to the remaining batter. Spoon over the chocolate filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for half an hour. Remove sides of the pan. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

      Garnish with strawberry halves.

      Serves 16.

Bake in 325 Oven for 25- 30 Minutes. Easy and delicious…One 9" graham cracker crust 1/2 c sugar, one 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened,1 tbs lemon juice, 1/4 tsp vanilla,2 eggs and a dash of salt…
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt. Mix until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one. Place crust on baking sheet and pour in filling. Bake until knife comes out clean..Topping: Combine 1 cup sourcream,2 tbs sugar, 1/4 tsp vanilla…Carefully spread over pie and continue baking for 10 minutes..Cool..Chill for 3 hours..Top with fresh fruit or canned fruit filling…

One good place I found a cheesecake recipe on is Kraftfoods.com. I am a softy for cheesecake. If you go there and type in their search bar Vanilla Cherry Cheesecake it should come up where you can get it. It was really good I was completely sure about one of the ingredients tasting good which was General Foods International Vanilla Creme which was kind of difficult to find in the store but if you look by the coffee that is where it was in our store, I am not sure about where you live though. It is not hard to prepare at all and taste delicious.
